Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure operational excellence across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven track record in management within retail or sales environments. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Oversee merchandising activities to ensure brand standards are maintained.
Manage sales initiatives, analysing performance metrics to meet targets.

Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse teams.
Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams within retail or sales settings.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is advantageous.
Sound time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Administrative experience including report writing, data analysis, and record keeping.
