Job Overview

This is a commercially focused role responsible for driving online visibility, strengthening the Luxe Fashion House brand and increasing revenue through effective digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Working closely with the Director, the successful candidate will develop and implement marketing initiatives that support business growth, improve customer engagement and maximise the performance of our online retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant digital channels.
Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns to maximise customer acquisition and return on investment.
Create, schedule and oversee engaging digital content that strengthens the Luxe Fashion House brand.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital marketing channels.

E-Commerce Growth

Support the management and optimisation of the company's online store and product listings.
Analyse website performance, customer behaviour and conversion rates to improve online sales.
Support new product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal collections.
Recommend improvements to enhance the customer journey and online shopping experience.

Marketing Performance & Analysis

Monitor digital marketing campaigns and prepare regular performance reports.
Analyse sales trends, customer engagement and campaign performance.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates and repeat purchases.

Commercial Growth & Partnerships

Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging fashion trends and commercial opportunities.
Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers, content creators and strategic partners.
Support initiatives that strengthen the company's market position and expand its customer base.

Customer Engagement

Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty campaigns.
Maintain effective customer engagement across digital platforms.

Experience

Essential Requirements

Minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing, brand growth, e-commerce or a similar role.
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing and digital advertising.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable Requirements

Experience within the fashion, retail, lifestyle or e-commerce sector.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and CRM systems.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and online brand partnerships.
