Job Summary:

Batonya Digital Commerce Ltd is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online business and help deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys improving online operations, managing digital commerce projects, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, improve website performance, and support the success of our e-commerce platforms.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily e-commerce operations and online store performance.
Manage product listings, inventory coordination, pricing, and promotional activities.
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, logistics, and technology teams.
Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and operational metrics to support business decisions.
Coordinate product launches, website updates, and digital campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and online conversion rates.
Ensure accurate product information and smooth order fulfilment processes.
Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvements.
Stay informed on e-commerce trends, digital technologies, and online retail best practices.

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, retail operations, business operations, or a related field.
Leadership or project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with online retail platforms, digital marketing, or website management is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
Positive attitude with a passion for digital commerce and innovation.
