Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Paid / Organic Digital Marketing & CRM Manager with extensive experience in this field with a proven track record to lead our digital marketing (paid & organic) , lead distribution and management to drive impactful results across multiple platforms. Experience and high level expertise in SEO and AI is also highly sought after and welcomed. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize paid and organic media campaigns and manage our CRM lead distribution to elevate our brand visibility, generate quality leads, and maximize return on investment. Your expertise in media buying, PPC campaign management, organic digital media analytics and CRM lead distribution systems will be essential in crafting data-driven strategies that resonate with target audiences. Duties

Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels.
Conduct thorough audience research to identify target segments and tailor messaging for maximum engagement.
Optimize campaigns continuously by analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick to improve ROI.
Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for PPC campaigns and social media advertising.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content that aligns with campaign goals and brand voice.
Monitor industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of digital advertising innovations and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Skills

Proficiency in Google Ads (formerly AdWords) with a strong understanding of PPC campaign management principles.
Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
Knowledge of media buying strategies to negotiate ad placements and optimize ad spend.
Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions and user behavior.
Strong understanding of SEO principles to complement paid media efforts and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Ability to analyze data insights to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting campaign results clearly.
