Job Summary

Menara Sutera Construction & Logistics Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations supporting construction and infrastructure projects. You will oversee transport planning, warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and supply chain performance while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping & receiving, warehousing, and transportation management systems (TMS).
Supervise logistics teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
Oversee utilisation of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and AS400 platforms to optimise workflows.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline freight movement and optimise service levels.
Monitor profit & loss statements related to logistics activities, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process optimisation.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives across all logistics functions, promoting process efficiency and waste reduction.
Manage inventory accuracy through effective warehouse management practices and shipping & receiving protocols.
Operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
Analyse supply chain data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all logistics operations.

Requirements

Significant experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, or construction operations management.
Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams and multi-site logistics activities.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, fleet operations, inventory control, and logistics planning.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.
Experience using ERP, WMS, or transport management systems is highly desirable.
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
