Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Full Time | Office Based (with occasional site visits)

About Us

Treanor Pujol is a leading UK supplier of concrete beam and block flooring systems and insulated beam and block flooring solutions.

We work with national and regional housebuilders, groundworkers, developers, builders’ merchants and private clients throughout the UK. Our reputation has been built on supplying high-quality products, expert technical support and first-class customer service.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Manager to join our expanding team.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines sales, account management and customer support.

As a Sales Manager, you will manage projects from the initial enquiry through to completion, becoming the main point of contact for your customers throughout the sales process. Working closely with our estimating, design, production and transport teams, you will ensure every project is delivered efficiently while providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Managing enquiries from quotation through to order.

· Working closely with our estimating team to prepare and issue quotations.

· Following up quotations and converting enquiries into orders.

· Managing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

· Advising customers on the most appropriate flooring solutions for their projects.

· Liaising with engineers, production and transport teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

· Resolving customer queries and providing practical solutions throughout each project.

· Carrying out customer and site visits where required.

· Delivering the highest standards of customer service and maintaining long-term business relationships.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

· Friendly, professional and customer-focused.

· An excellent communicator who is confident dealing with customers at all levels.

· Well organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Commercially aware with good negotiation skills.

· A proactive problem solver who enjoys taking ownership of projects.

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in sales, account management or the construction industry would be an advantage, although not essential. Full product and industry training will be provided for the right candidate.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
