We’re a breakout technology company based in Bristol, building software that helps hospitality businesses attract more customers, increase revenue and build stronger relationships with their audiences.

Your work won't disappear into a backlog. The code you write will be used by hundreds of hospitality businesses and help power millions of customer interactions every year.

From mobile apps and social media integrations to customer engagement platforms and EPOS-connected solutions, you'll build technology that directly influences how businesses attract, engage and retain customers.

We're looking for a versatile mid-level developer who wants more than just another maintenance role. You'll work across iOS and Android apps, websites, APIs, automation systems, AI-assisted development, customer engagement platforms and social media integrations.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine influence over how our products evolve. You'll help shape products, influence technical decisions and contribute ideas that can genuinely impact the future direction of the business.

Modern Development Approach

We actively embrace AI-assisted development and expect our developers to use modern tools to improve productivity, code quality and delivery speed. This includes ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot and other emerging AI technologies.

We measure outcomes, not keystrokes. We encourage the use of AI, automation and modern development tools to deliver more value to customers, faster.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain iOS (Swift) and Android (Java) applications.
Build integrations with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other third-party platforms.
Develop and maintain ASP.NET / C# APIs and backend services.
Implement and improve website designs, landing pages and customer-facing web experiences.
Build and maintain web applications using Next.js and modern web technologies.
Manage SQL Server and Firebase databases.
Own and improve CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane and automation tools.
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and standardise processes.
Explore new technologies, APIs and AI tools that can create commercial value.
Help build scalable frameworks, reusable components and internal tools that support future growth.

What We're Looking For

3+ years professional software development experience.
Strong experience with Swift, Java, C#, SQL Server and APIs.
Experience with Firebase, Next.js and modern web technologies.
Regular user of AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar.
Strong focus on productivity, automation and efficient delivery.
Ability to rapidly prototype, iterate and deliver solutions using modern development practices.
Ability to think beyond immediate requirements and improve scalability, maintainability and efficiency.
A proactive mindset with a desire to make a visible impact within a growing business.
