Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including branding, web design, digital content, and multimedia presentations. The successful applicant will utilise a broad range of design tools and techniques to produce engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement branding concepts across various platforms to ensure consistency and brand recognition.
Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that supports campaigns and promotional activities.
Create wireframes and prototypes for web design projects using tools such as Figma and InVision.
Edit and enhance photographs for use in marketing materials or digital content.
Produce animations or video content using Adobe After Effects, video editing software, or other multimedia tools.
Manage content within content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring visual consistency and functionality.
Utilise HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other coding languages as needed to implement web design elements.
Maintain an organised workflow using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software like CorelDRAW or Sketch.
Stay updated with current design trends and best practices in digital design, UI/UX design, and marketing strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, web design, and digital media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Figma.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web development projects.
Experience with WordPress and other content management systems.
Strong photography skills for creating original visual content.
Ability to produce engaging video content through editing software such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles using tools like InVision or similar platforms.
Understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies to create cohesive visual narratives.
Creative flair combined with organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines.

Pay: £25,420.00-£46,352.26 per year
