ROLE PURPOSE

Full Swing EMEA is bringing the industry's leading golf simulation technology to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a hands-on, all-round operations role at the centre of that mission, covering the physical installation of simulators, the stock and logistics that support every delivery, the project management that keeps customers informed, and the technical support that keeps systems running post-install.

It suits someone who is genuinely comfortable working with their hands, has a real interest in sports technology, computers, and IT, and ideally, a personal passion for sport, particularly golf.

THE FIVE CORE PILLARS OF THIS ROLE

Success in this role rests on five interconnected responsibilities. Every candidate should be confident they can genuinely deliver against all five — not just one or two.

PILLAR 1 Simulator & Launch Monitor Installations

Support and carry out the physical installation of Full Swing simulators and launch monitors at customer sites, from planning through to completion.
Handle hands-on AV and IT work: mounting, cable runs, terminations, and tidy rack work.
Apply solid networking basics on site: IP configuration, DHCP, port forwarding, simple VLANs, and Wi-Fi optimisation.
Travel nationally and internationally as required to complete installs. This is a core, regular part of the role, not an occasional exception.
Be physically able to lift, move, and install equipment safely, and comfortable working flexibly around evenings or weekends when an install requires it.

PILLAR 2 Stock & Warehouse Management

Take ownership of the accuracy of warehouse stock, ensuring inventory is correctly counted, tracked, and kept up to date at all times.
Conduct regular stocktakes and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain clear records of equipment location and availability, so stock levels are always known and installs are never delayed by missing kit.
Flag stock shortages, reordering needs, or slow-moving inventory to the COO.

PILLAR 3 Shipping & Logistics

Coordinate the shipping and delivery of launch monitors and simulator equipment to customers, both domestically and internationally.
Liaise with logistics partners and couriers to ensure deliveries arrive on time and in full.
Troubleshoot delivery issues such as delays, damage, customs, before they impact the customer or the installation schedule.
Keep accurate shipping documentation and delivery records for every order.

PILLAR 4 Project Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers from the point of sale through to installation and beyond.
Work directly with each customer to plan and confirm their installation schedule.
Deliver product training to customers, ensuring their team is confident using the simulator or launch monitor from day one.
Maintain clear documentation, site drawings, network settings, photos, and compliance paperwork.

PILLAR 5 Customer Support

Provide effective problem-solving strategies and act as a key point of contact for any relevant customer issues.
Record and escalate technical or service issues to the wider support team where needed.
Follow up with clients post-installation to confirm satisfaction and catch issues early.
Maintain a log of customer feedback to feed continuous improvement back into the business.

Practical Requirements

Comfortable being useful with their hands. This role functions similarly to a tradesman when it comes to simulator installations.
A real interest in the cutting edge of sports technology.
Ideally, a passion for sport, golf in particular, as it will help you connect with customers and the product.
Able to work from the office 4–5 days a week when not on an installation, and therefore living within a commutable distance.
Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally for installs, with occasional evening or weekend work.
Nice to have: prior experience with launch monitors, simulators, motion tracking, or venue AV.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Installations delivered on time and within scope, with a signed handover checklist for every site.
Stock levels accurate and up to date, with stocktakes completed on schedule.
Deliveries arrive on time, with issues caught and resolved before they affect the customer.
Strong communication with customers regarding installation schedules and delivering effective product training at handover.
High first-contact resolution on support issues, with fast turnaround and clear records.
Product and install learnings fed back to the COO and engineering team to improve future kits and processes.

SUMMARY

This is a hands-on operations role with a technical edge, built around five clear pillars: installations, stock management, shipping and logistics, project management, and customer support. You'll be office-based 4–5 days a week when not travelling for an install, working close to home base while representing Full Swing EMEA on the road and in front of customers. If you're practical, technically curious, and passionate about sport, particularly golf, this role is your chance to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing business.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
