Responsibilities

Maintain constant dialogue with GAM/KAM and visit when appropriate to achieve pre-agreed account objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, and MyCom to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, project plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for GAM/KAM and internal stakeholders
Meet and exceed the customer’s service expectations (OTD/OTR) whilst working within the capacity and capability limits of the organisation.
Ensure Escatec financial measures and Department KPI’s are maintained as required (stock levels, Service Level Agreements/Manufacturing Agreements, etc.)
Product profitability analysis comparing quoted vs actual CBOM and transformation cost.
Identify & drive cost hunt activities to improve product pricing optimization.

Program Management duties (not limited to)

CBoM creation and maintenance
Ensure ESCATEC’s Customer Service Policy is implemented for customers.
Contract review, order acceptance and forecast management (in conjunction with SCO)
Prepare and manage business forecasts.
Consignment material analysis and payment control
Internal and external reporting (e.g. program status, stock, sales, forecasting, waterfall charts)
Business retention and expansion through service and customer satisfaction
Review and act where necessary on Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of Management.

Person Specification

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or management environment
Sound judgement & problem-solving skills; can make appropriate decisions & prioritise while under pressure.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accountability.
Ability to process large amounts of data.
Ability to take ownership demonstrates self-motivation and a willingness to succeed.
