Overview
Vuthopia Technologies Ltd is a UK-based software company developing immersive virtual reality applications for enterprise and commercial markets. We specialise in creating high-quality, real-time 3D experiences using modern game engine technologies.

We are looking for a talented 3D Modeller & Material Artist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will create game-ready 3D assets and realistic PBR materials for use in Unity. The ideal candidate has strong modelling skills, attention to detail, and experience optimising assets for real-time applications.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models.
Create realistic PBR materials and textures.
Produce modular environment assets and props.
UV unwrap, bake, and optimise assets for real-time performance.
Follow technical and artistic guidelines.
Work from concept images and design briefs.
Revise assets based on feedback.
Deliver organised project files.

Requirements

Experience with Blender, Maya or 3ds Max.
Experience creating PBR materials using Substance 3D Painter, Substance Designer, Quixel Mixer, or similar software.
Good understanding of topology, UV mapping, baking and optimisation.
Experience preparing assets for Unity or Unreal Engine.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating assets for VR applications.
Experience with modular environment workflows.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Basic rigging or animation experience.

Pay: £30.00-£45.00 per hour
