Are you a high-performing sales professional with leadership experience? Do you enjoy inspiring a team while delivering exceptional customer experiences and closing premium sales?

Hydropool Devon is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive & Showroom Manager to lead our showroom sales operation and help drive the next stage of our exciting growth.

Hydropool Devon specialises in luxury outdoor living, offering an exceptional range of premium products including award-winning Hydropool hot tubs and swim spas, saunas, steam rooms, pergolas and outdoor kitchens.

Hydropool has been a global leader in luxury hot tubs and swim spas for over 45 years, renowned for innovative technology, outstanding insulation and the world's only self-cleaning hot tub system.

Following our move into a brand-new, purpose-built showroom—one of the largest in the South West and home to Europe's largest display of Hydropool swim spas—we continue to experience exceptional growth and are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our expanding team.

The Opportunity

This is much more than a sales role.

You'll be responsible for leading the showroom team, driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our luxury showroom.

Working closely with the company directors, you'll play a key role in developing the business, improving processes, mentoring the team and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

Manage and convert leads generated through multiple inbound marketing channels.
Conduct professional showroom consultations, virtual appointments and home visits where required.
Demonstrate Hydropool products and clearly communicate the unique benefits of our premium range.
Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
Build long-term relationships with customers through expert advice and outstanding service.
Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close high-value sales.
Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities and commercial partnerships.

Leadership & Showroom Management

Lead, motivate and support the showroom team.
Manage daily showroom operations and continually improve internal processes.
Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
Coach and develop team members to maximise results.
Host weekly sales and team meetings.
Work closely with the company directors, reporting on sales performance, opportunities and business growth.
Keep up to date with marketing campaigns and lead generation to maximise conversion rates.
Ensure exceptional showroom presentation and customer experience at all times.
Undertake additional duties as required to support the continued growth of the business.

Events & Business Development

Represent Hydropool Devon at open weekends, exhibitions and county shows.
Attend events across the South West as required.
Travel to our Bristol showroom for appointments and customer visits when necessary.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

A proven track record of selling medium to high-ticket products.
Previous showroom management or sales leadership experience.
Strong consultative selling skills with an excellent closing ratio.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to exceed targets.
Confidence presenting to customers one-to-one and leading a successful sales team.

Experience within luxury retail, home improvement, automotive, property or lifestyle sales would be highly advantageous.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, showroom-based position with flexibility required to meet business needs.

Typical Working Pattern

Week One

Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: Day Off
Thursday: Day Off
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Hours may vary to accommodate:

Customer appointments
Evening consultations
Staff holiday cover
Open weekends
County shows and exhibitions

Weekend availability and flexibility are essential.

Location

Newton Abbot, Devon

This is an in-person role. Occasional travel to our Bristol showroom and customer appointments may be required.
