Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Reception / Sales Manager to lead our front desk operations and drive sales growth. Duties

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, inviting, and reflective of our brand standards.
Oversee daily sales activities by engaging with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate client records.
Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients through personalized recommendations.
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient scheduling of appointments or meetings.
Maintain phone etiquette standards when handling inquiries, inquiries, or complaints via phone or email.
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations and sales processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and sales management roles with a track record of achieving targets.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively across various channels.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a busy environment.
Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking, follow-up management, and data entry accuracy.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with clients and visitors.
Knowledge of upselling techniques combined with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
