Commercial Digital Analayst

Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package

Location: Fareham, hybrid working

The opportunity

As a Commercial Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering this change, working across digital and business innovation initiatives to design and build solutions that make a real difference.

What will you be doing?

Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Develop automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate, copilot and always looking at evolving technologies.
Deliver projects and workstreams from idea through to implementation.
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Use data insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support change management and adoption of solutions.

What are we looking for?

Experience or interest in data, automation, or digital transformation.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, copilot studio or Blue Prism (or willingness to learn).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive mindset and passion for innovation.
