Full job description

Responsibilities:

Assisting senior waiters or servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly. • Setting up and clearing tables efficiently before and after service.

Supporting the team with food preparation, refilling water, and bringing condiments as needed.

Ensuring all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies, such as cutlery, plates, and glasses. • Polishing glassware and cutlery to ensure they are of the highest standard before service.

Learning and adhering to the restaurant’s menu and specials to assist with guest inquiries.

Handling any minor guest requests or issues with professionalism, referring larger matters to senior staff or management.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area and kitchen.

Assisting with basic mise en place duties, such as preparing bread baskets, coffee stations, or small garnishes.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Good attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

The ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service hours. • A polite, friendly, and well-presented demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
