We are currently seeking a energetic and experienced Senior Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. As the Senior Bartender,you will play a central role in crafting exceptional cocktails,overseeing the bar area,and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology,strong leadership skills,and a commitment to delivering outstanding beverage experiences,we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar,ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
Lead and inspire the bar team,providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drink menus and promotions.
Monitor inventory levels,order supplies,and maintain the freshness of ingredients.
Ensure efficient bar workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong mixology skills and a track record of creating innovative and well-balanced cocktails.
Exceptional organizational,communication,and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
