Full job description

Love retail? Get a buzz off delivering great customer service? Want to be part of a busy team where no two days are ever the same?

Join B&M as a Customer Service Assistant at our store in Binhamy Retail Park and help create a brilliant shopping experience for our customers.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our store, where you'll play a key part in keeping the shelves full, the store looking great, and customers leaving with a smile. Whether you're helping customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, or supporting at the checkouts, you'll be part of a team that keeps things running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

We have various part time roles available, offering 12 hours per week as follows:

Pricer - 7am until 11am

Cashier - various shifts between the hours of 9am and 10pm

What you'll be doing

Delivering friendly, helpful service to customers across the store
Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of availability
Keeping the store clean, safe, and well presented
Working on checkouts and handling transactions accurately
Supporting colleagues to ensure the store runs efficiently

What you'll bring

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
A passion for delivering great customer service
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach
Energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and a commitment to getting the job done

Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. We're big on attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn!
