Capax RM, Office Administration/Executive Assistant

Central London, Office-based – 4 days per week, 10am–5pm
£18 p/h zero-hours contract

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administration/Executive Assistant to support the smooth running of our office and provide administrative and reporting support to our Senior Leadership Team. This role reports into the Director of Operations and is well suited to someone who takes ownership, works quickly and accurately, and is comfortable operating at pace in a fast-moving environment. This is an ideal opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Office Management – Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including managing supplies, keeping track of office equipment and replacing where necessary, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and smoothly.
Data Reporting – Pull and compile data from relevant systems to produce clear, accurate reports for managers on a daily and weekly basis, helping inform business decisions.
Executive Assistant Support – Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including typing up notes, preparing agendas, and writing minutes for key meetings.
Ad Hoc Support – Respond to ad hoc requests from Senior Leadership as needed, providing flexible and responsive support across a range of tasks.

What We're Looking For

A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of individual tasks without needing to be chased
Highly organised, with the ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately with minimal oversight or feedback
Comfortable working at speed, as many tasks will need to be turned around immediately once requested
Strong written communication skills, particularly for minute-taking and note summarising
Confidence working with data and basic reporting tools (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work discreetly

Pay: £18.00 per hour
