We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Associate to join our fast-growing organisation to help us be known for our expert product advice and our ability to add value to our customers with our service, systems, & guidance.

Your role:

- Assist customers with delivery and payment enquiries

- Give outstanding support to inbound callers and live chatters

- Help our customers and prospects find the right packaging products

- Help raise awareness of new product and sustainable innovations

- Identify opportunities to grow key relationships with new customers

- To provide outstanding service by helping customers find sustainable packaging solutions that assist with their despatch operations.

- Customer outreach through targeted call campaigns and proactive sales calls to explore opportunities for new business, generating valuable sales leads.

- Contacting potentially churned customers to promote reengagement.

- Conduct proactive sales calls to explore opportunities for new business, generating valuable sales leads.

- Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, providing them with necessary support and assistance

- Help raise awareness of our brand, who we are, how we operate and what we do.

- Identify new opportunities and grow key relationships with new and existing customers.

- Process all sales administration and customer orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner

- Conduct sales activity, proactively developing existing accounts by identifying and seizing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling across the product portfolio.

- Find and tailor bespoke packaging solutions to suit customer’s needs.

- Support colleagues in achieving the company’s growth strategy by being a team
player and being helpful should colleagues require your expertise.

Key skills:

- Experience in providing great customer service

- Experience working in team

- Strong communication skills & attention to detail

- Ability to work with Outlook, Livechat, and Web-based systems – good IT literacy in general

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to deliver on time and on target

- Ability to be flexible and multitask.

- Knowledge of digital sales platforms desirable but not essential.

- Fantastic sales skills with the ability to problem solve to find creative environmentally friendly despatch solutions.

Remuneration:

The role comes with a remuneration of up to £30,000 per annum starting salary depending on experience. This is a starting salary, and we operate a model that offers annual increases in line with performance and progression in addition to commission and discretionary annual profit share bonus. We operate an attractive commission structure for both new and existing business awarded for the life of the customer.
