Ocean Infinity is seeking a Communication and Change intern, supporting marketing delivery across the business while also contributing to internal communications and change activity where needed.
This is an entry-level role, reporting to the Head of Communication and Change and working closely with Internal Communications, Change and Brand & Campaigns. The role will primarily support marketing activity, while gaining exposure to how the business communicates internally and supports change.
This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to build practical experience in marketing, while developing a broader understanding of communications and change in a fast-paced business environment.

Support marketing activity across brand, campaigns and employer branding.

Assist with creating content for social media, campaigns and internal updates.

Help produce marketing materials such as presentations, visuals and digital content.

Support the planning and coordination of content and campaign activity.

Assist with internal communications, including intranet updates.

Provide support on change activity when required.

Support employee engagement activity such as campaigns and events.

Help track and report on content and campaign performance.

A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.

Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable working with others and building relationships.

Familiar with basic marketing principles.

Comfortable using tools such as PowerPoint and Word.

Open to learning new tools, including AI.

Experience in content creation, campaigns or marketing (through university or internships).

Exposure to social media, analytics or marketing tools.

Interest in internal communications or change (but not essential).
Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
