Overview
London Aesthetics Clinic is seeking a motivated Freelance Mandarin Chinese Social Media & Community Marketing Assistant - 8 hours // 1 day a week or split into 2 days

to enhance our online presence and engage with our Mandarin-speaking community. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about social media management and public relations, with a focus on promoting aesthetic treatments and services. The successful candidate will work remotely, contributing to the clinic’s brand awareness and client engagement through tailored content and community interaction.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging social media content in Mandarin across platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and other relevant channels.
Manage daily interactions with followers, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a professional manner.
Organise online events, promotions, and campaigns aimed at increasing community engagement within the Mandarin-speaking demographic.
Monitor social media trends and analyse engagement metrics to optimise content strategies.
Collaborate with the clinic’s marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Maintain an organised calendar of content schedules and community activities.
Foster positive relationships with online community members to build brand loyalty and trust.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the health, beauty, or aesthetics sectors.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and effective communication strategies in Mandarin Chinese.
Familiarity with popular Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin (TikTok), Xiaohongshu and others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as a freelancer while maintaining organised workflows.
Previous experience in community engagement or digital marketing is desirable but not essential. This role provides an excellent platform for creative individuals eager to utilise their social media expertise within a dynamic aesthetic clinic environment while connecting with a vibrant Mandarin-speaking community.

Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
