About Tripsie

Tripsie is a city discovery app connecting people to local venues, free days out, and exclusive discounts. We are expanding our B2B employee benefits program, allowing companies to offer Tripsie premium access as a corporate perk to boost team engagement, employee retention, and workplace culture.

The Opportunity (1 Exclusive Role)

We are hiring strictly ONE exceptional B2B Sales Representative to own our corporate expansion.

This is a true hunter role. We do not have an existing pipeline or inbound lead queue—you will be responsible for sourcing, prospecting, and building your own pipeline from scratch.

To make this effort exceptionally lucrative, we are keeping this position exclusive to one elite closer. You won't compete with an internal sales team for accounts, territories, or leads. You will have total freedom across the market to build a massive pipeline and maximize your personal deal volume and earnings.

Backed by a pricing model offering companies 35% to 77% off standard consumer rates, you will be pitching a high-value, easy decision for corporate buyers.

Compensation & Earnings Structure

Structure: Pure Commission (100% Performance-Based)

Commission Rate: 25% to 35% on 100% gross contract value

Payout Schedule: Paid directly in full upon client invoice settlement

Realistic Year 1 OTE: £50,000 – £85,000+ (Uncapped)

Because our corporate contracts are billed as upfront annual commitments, your commissions are paid in large, single payouts rather than monthly drips.

What realistic earnings look like based on our pricing:

1 Mid-Sized Deal / month (200 staff @ £3,600 contract):

\rightarrow £900 – £1,260 commission per deal (~£11k – £15k/yr from just 12 mid-sized closes)

2 Medium Deals / month (300 staff @ £4,200 contract):

\rightarrow £1,050 – £1,470 commission per deal (~£25k – £35k/yr)

1 Enterprise Deal / quarter (1,000 staff @ £10,000 contract):

\rightarrow £2,500 – £3,500 commission in a single payout

1 Major Enterprise Deal (10,000 staff @ £80,000+ contract):

\rightarrow £20,000 – £28,000+ single commission payout

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Pipeline Sourcing: Identify, map, cold outreach, and build a greenfield pipeline targeting decision-makers (HR Directors, People & Culture Leads, Benefit Managers, C-Suite) across UK businesses (10 to 10,000+ staff).

Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead discovery calls, present product demos, handle objections, and negotiate annual upfront licensing deals.

Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate the ROI of corporate perks on staff well-being, retention, and workplace culture.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an organized CRM system to track touchpoints from cold outreach to signed contracts.

An Outstanding Performer: You are an absolute top-tier closer with a proven track record of beating outbound sales targets.

Proven B2B Sales Experience: Strong background in outbound prospecting, SaaS sales, corporate benefits, or HR tech.

Strong Communicator: Confident presenter capable of pitching senior HR leadership and executives.

Uncapped Ambition: Driven by a direct link between effort, deal size, and high-volume payouts.
