Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and support administrative functions that keep our office running smoothly. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for everyone who walks through our doors or calls in.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, using proper phone etiquette, and route calls efficiently.
Manage front desk activities including signing in visitors, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organising files, and managing office supplies inventory.
Maintain a clean, organised reception area to promote a welcoming environment for staff and guests.

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple calls confidently and professionally.
Strong typing skills to facilitate quick data entry without errors.
Previous clerical or administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail.
Knowledge of data entry procedures and general office procedures to streamline daily operations.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
