Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general site maintenance and clean-up tasks.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Jet wash and prep the external shells of units
Spray painting unit shells
Ripping out and cleaning of unit internals
Training to be provided in required

Qualifications

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
