Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high morale
Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes

Manage food safety standards rigorously, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper sanitation practices
Coordinate food preparation activities to meet service times without compromising quality
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote professional growth and teamwork
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen operations
Ensure excellent hospitality by supervising serving staff and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership in managing kitchen teams, fostering collaboration and motivation
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation
Experience in menu development, food presentation, and maintaining high standards of quality
Background in restaurant operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
Familiarity with managing inventories, controlling costs, and optimizing kitchen workflows

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
