Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end commercial and hotel fit-out projects across Manchester and the North West. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial and hotel fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Coordinate site teams, clients, consultants, and design teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
Chair progress meetings and provide regular client updates.
Manage quality assurance, snagging, and project handover.
Monitor commercial performance, variations, and project risks.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial and/or hotel fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of CAT A & CAT B fit-out and high-end interior finishes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and fast-paced programmes.
Ability to work effectively in live or occupied environments.

Essential Qualifications

SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
First Aid at Work
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
