Full job description

Pattinsons is one of the North East’s largest independent estate agency businesses — and while we’ve grown, we’re proud to remain a family-run company where our people are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic Branch Manager to take the lead at our Consett office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent who wants more than just a management title. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your team, drive performance, grow revenue and directly influence the success and profitability of your branch.

The Role

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00, plus Saturdays on a rota basis 9:00 – 13:00. Time off in lieu will be provided for Saturdays worked.

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing, motivating and inspiring your team while delivering an outstanding level of customer service.

You’ll be expected to:

Lead from the front and set the standard for your team
Generate new business by listing and selling properties
Drive branch income and maximise every available opportunity
Set clear daily, weekly and monthly structures for your team
Coach and develop individuals to achieve their targets
Monitor performance and take action to improve results
Create a positive, competitive and successful branch culture
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Identify new revenue opportunities across sales, lettings, auction, commercial and other additional services

Our Branch Managers are rewarded for performance. In addition to your basic salary you can increase your earnings through bonuses and incentives as you develop the branch. You will have access to your own profit and loss to give you the insight, and ownership needed to succeed.

We want our managers to think like business owners — spotting opportunities, maximising revenue and building a successful, high-performing branch.

You’ll need to be a proven estate agency professional with a track record of achieving results.

You’ll be:

A full driving licence is also required for this position.
