Full job description

Office Manager – Clearline Windows Ltd (Totnes, Devon)

Clearline Windows Ltd are a well-established, family-run business specializing in bespoke aluminium and uPVC windows, doors. We are not a standard double glazing company – our projects involve importing and exporting high-end products, mainly to the Caribbean but also worldwide. This is a small, close-knit office environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.

Role responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office administration
Manage customer enquiries and communications
Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders and invoices
Coordinate with suppliers and production schedules
Maintain filing systems, records and compliance paperwork
Support the directors with scheduling and project management

Skills required:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and business email systems essential
Experience in an administrative or office management role(preferred but not essential)
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of glazing, construction or building products (preferred but not essential)

Part-time position, with the option of additional hours if desired
Office hours 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Competitive salary dependent on experience
