Business Development Executive – Software Sales (Remote)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Business Development Executives with a proven background in B2B software sales to join our team.

The Role

This is a fully remote role where you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK.

You'll be engaging with business owners, Managing Directors and senior decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges and introducing them to a software solution designed specifically for wholesale businesses.

Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity, we're interested in speaking with driven sales professionals who know how to build relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Contact business owners and senior decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
Book software demonstrations and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Work closely with the leadership team to support the growth of the business.

Essential Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' experience selling B2B software solutions (SaaS, ERP, CRM or Business Management Software).
Proven track record in new business development.
Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing ability.
Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently from home.

Desirable

Experience selling ERP or wholesale management software.
Knowledge of the wholesale, distribution or FMCG sectors.
Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
