The Role

Award-winning Bristol restaurant Noah’s is recruiting a Chef de Partie to be a key player in building a destination seafood restaurant for the UK. You’ll be passionate about seafood and fish cookery and want to be part of a progressive team that works together to deliver the best possible hospitality to diners.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food.

This role is approximately 45 hours divided into 7 shifts per week, with a salary of £12.71 an hour plus tips, bringing it up to the advertised pay.

The first standalone venture for husband-and-wife team Daniel and Joie Rosser, Noah’s has grown from strength to strength since its inception in May 2023.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 2 years of experience working in the same role
