Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver. serving, and team management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and creating vibrant social environments.

Duties

Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all bar activities
Train staff on proper serving techniques and responsible alcohol service
Ensure all team members follow health protocols, safety procedures, and company policies at all times
Cellar, line clean, deliveries, ordering keeping clean at all times.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment such as bars, restaurants, or hotels
Strong background in hospitality
Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead a diverse staff effectively
Extensive knowledge of Bar work and hospitality
Previous experience in serving customers in lively social settings with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of Cellar Work barrels, cask
Personal licence a advantage
Pay negotiable on experience
