Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front House Manager to lead our guest service team and ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere, supervising daily operations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively. As a Front House Manager, you will be the face of our establishment, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while managing operational responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and a welcoming environment for guests
Supervise and motivate front desk staff, guest services team, and other frontline employees to deliver top-tier hospitality experiences
Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction at all touchpoints
Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements, and event setups to optimize guest flow and service efficiency
Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new staff, training team members on service standards, and conducting performance evaluations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front area that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence
Foster a positive team culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
Proven supervising experience within hospitality or restraunt environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
Deep understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
