Full job description

About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, deliver and improve digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will combine creative content with performance data to increase online visibility, strengthen customer engagement and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.
Create and coordinate engaging website, email and social media content.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use analytics tools to track website traffic, engagement and conversions.
Support SEO activities and improve online search visibility.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Research market trends, competitors and customer behaviour.
Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to management.
Work with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and monitor budgets.
Test different content and campaign approaches to improve results.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or a similar role.
Good understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing and web analytics.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar platforms is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative approach combined with good analytical ability.
Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related subject is advantageous.

Pay: £2,700.00-£3,500.00 per month
