Job Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and eager to play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships? As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the friendly face and trusted advisor for customers after their purchase, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Your energetic approach will help you identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey, promote additional services, and support the dealership’s reputation for outstanding service. This is a dynamic role where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact customer retention and business growth.

Duties

Engage with customers post-sale to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction with services received
Promote and upsell additional products, warranties, or service packages that meet customer needs and enhance their ownership experience
Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, explaining repair procedures, and coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pickups
Handle cash transactions accurately during payments for services or parts, maintaining precise records
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and sales activities to support ongoing relationship management
Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely delivery of services and parts to meet customer expectations
Provide expert mechanical knowledge to explain repairs, maintenance options, or technical issues clearly and confidently

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within the automotive or retail industry is highly desirable
Strong mechanical knowledge or familiarity with vehicle systems to communicate effectively with customers and technicians
Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services to maximize revenue opportunities
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and managing financial records confidently
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude that fosters trust and rapport with diverse customers
