We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will contribute to the development and improvement of web based applications, working closely with product, design, and delivery teams to turn business requirements into reliable and user friendly software.
You will take ownership of assigned development projects, contribute to technical decisions, and help maintain high standards across our software products. This is a hands on role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively without the responsibilities of an executive management position.

Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software applications using modern development practices.
Application Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve application performance, usability, security, and maintainability.
Technical Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts, designers, QA specialists, and other developers to deliver well structured solutions.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code while participating in code reviews and development standards.
Testing and Debugging: Investigate technical issues, resolve defects, and contribute to automated testing and quality assurance processes.
Project Delivery: Take responsibility for assigned development tasks and deliver work within agreed timelines and technical requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3 or more years of professional software development experience, preferably working on web applications or business technology platforms.
Technical Skills: Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend or backend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Node.js.
Development Practices: Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, automated testing, code reviews, and agile development methodologies.
Problem Solving: You are comfortable breaking down complex technical problems and developing practical solutions.
Communication: You can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical colleagues.
Mindset: You are proactive, dependable, and interested in continuously improving your technical skills. You understand that good software should be reliable, maintainable, and useful to the people who depend on it.
Pay: £5,650.00-£6,073.00 per month
