Reports to: Service Control Supervisor

Take Control of a Busy Service Operation at Terberg DTS

Plan. Coordinate. Deliver Exceptional Service.

Are you a skilled coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy balancing customer expectations, managing resources, and keeping operations running efficiently?

At Terberg DTS, we're looking for a Regional Service Controller to take ownership of service delivery across a designated region. You'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and breakdown support while ensuring customers receive a first-class service every time.

This is a pivotal role where you'll be at the heart of our operation, working closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to keep vehicles moving and service levels high.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing all maintenance, repair, and breakdown activities across your region.
Coordinating and scheduling Mobile Service Engineers to maximise efficiency and customer response times.
Planning and managing service inspection and maintenance contracts.
Taking customer calls and logging repair and breakdown requests.
Monitoring engineer workloads and reallocating resources as priorities change.
Maintaining regular communication with customers, providing updates on job progress.
Working closely with Service Control Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, and Customer Service teams.
Ensuring all jobs, service records, and documentation are accurately maintained within company systems.
Monitoring work-in-progress, overdue services, safety defects, and invoice queries.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Confidence working with service management and scheduling systems.

Strong administration and workload management skills.

Desirable Experience

Experience within a service control, scheduling, planning, logistics, fleet, or engineering environment.
Experience coordinating field-based engineers or mobile service teams.
Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and service contract management.
Understanding of KPIs, resource planning, and operational performance management.
