Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking an Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
- Update client portals with information relating to jobs and there progress and ensure smooth running of the projects.

- Contact policy holders to ensure they are kept updated with progress and answer any quires they may have.

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
