This is an incredible time to be part of the FMN Delivery Team! Our fast-paced, dynamic environment is both challenging and rewarding. As a Project Manager, you’ll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to:

Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
- Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
- ️ Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks.
Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly.
Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts.
Champion Best Practices – Contribute to a culture of excellence in project management.

Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering.

Your Key Accountabilities:

✅ Deliver assigned design work
Manage cost and schedule performance.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Lead and support assigned project managers.
Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making.
Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management.
Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.

Location: Any AEIL Office
