Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a small school, Your proactive approach and commitment to quality will ensure our clients’ environments are safe, tidy, and welcoming.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health standards
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or contamination
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes
Support team members with additional cleaning tasks as needed

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
