Overview

White City, London - Tuesday-Thursday 08:30-17:00 ( 30 min unpaid lunch break daily )

We are seeking a professional and organised Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong administrative skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation. The position is paid and ideal for candidates who thrive in a busy, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Answer incoming calls promptly, using excellent phone etiquette, and direct enquiries appropriately.
Manage front desk activities, including signing in visitors and issuing visitor badges.
Handle mail distribution, courier arrangements, and general administrative support.
Maintain organised reception areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required.
Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently, coordinating with staff as necessary.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
Support other departments with clerical tasks to ensure organisational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
Experience in data entry and general clerical work is advantageous.
Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
Organised with exceptional attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience in organising events beneficial
