Part-Time Administrator / Receptionist – Abergavenny

M2 Estate Agents

Abergavenny

Part-time | Permanent

2–3 days per week including every other Saturday

From £12.71 - per hour, depending on experience

M2 Estate Agents are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy Abergavenny branch.

This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is well organised and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our Abergavenny office, you will play an important role in supporting the branch and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day administration.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
Responding to emails
Booking property viewings and appointments
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Updating property and client records
Preparing property particulars and other documentation
Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other professionals
General filing and office administration
Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
Supporting the branch team with day-to-day tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and professional
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
A confident computer user
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
A good communicator
Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn

Previous estate agency experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours

The position is 2–3 days per week, with the exact working days to be agreed.

The role will also include every other Saturday, 9.00am–5.00pm.

We can be flexible around the right candidate, so please indicate your availability when applying.
