We're looking for a proactive Order Processor to join our busy warehouse operations team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time, helping us deliver outstanding service to our customers every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Order Processor, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently and within strict dispatch deadlines. Working closely with our warehouse and dispatch teams, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly and ensure our customers receive the high level of service they expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately processing customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Checking order information and resolving any discrepancies before orders are released.
Prioritising workloads to ensure all customer deadlines and dispatch cut-off times are consistently achieved.
Monitoring order progress and proactively resolving issues to avoid delays.
Communicating with customers and internal departments regarding order status where required.
Maintaining accurate records of orders, stock movements and related documentation.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently.
Following Company Health & Safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work area.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Able to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated by achieving deadlines and maintaining high standards.
A confident communicator with excellent teamwork skills.
Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and manage changing workloads effectively.

Previous experience in order processing, warehousing, logistics or administration would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours

This role operates on a 5 days from 7 rota, which includes working alternate weekends.
