As part of our strategic growth, we are actively expanding our reach within the Turkish market to connect with landlords, property investors, and strategic partners.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our London team.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind establishing strategic B2B partnerships in Turkey and the UK. Your core focus will be connecting with Turkish real estate agencies (selling UK properties), wealth managers, and family offices to generate high-value landlord leads, integrate client portfolios, and promote our London lettings and management services.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Partner Acquisition: Identify, source, and build strong relationships with Turkish real estate agencies, overseas property consultancies, and brokers who sell UK real estate to Turkish buyers.
Landlord Lead Generation: Pitch our full-suite London lettings and property management services to international Turkish landlords and property investors.
Strategic Alliances: Develop cross-industry partnerships with UK/Turkey cross-border service providers (law firms, tax advisory, private banks, and education consultancies) for client referrals.
Co-Marketing & Events: Coordinate and execute targeted online webinars and offline networking events (in London and Turkey) to elevate brand presence among Turkish investors.
Inventory & Asset Integration: Partner with London developers, BTR operators, and landlords to secure high-quality rental inventory for international clients.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key Turkish partners, conducting regular performance reviews and optimizing referral commission structures.
Market Insights: Track London real estate trends and competitor activities within the UK-Turkey investment corridor to refine outreach strategies.

Essential Requirements

Language Skills: Native Turkish and business-fluent English (written and spoken) capable of leading high-level business negotiations.
Experience: Open to high-potential Graduates (with relevant business/sales degrees) or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management (Real Estate experience is a strong plus).
Work Authorization: Must have a valid UK full-time right to work (e.g., Graduate Visa, Skilled Worker Visa, ILR, or British Citizenship). Note: No sponsorship provided at this time.
Network & Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of the London residential lettings/sales market; familiarity with the Turkish investor landscape or an existing network of Turkish real estate contacts is a huge advantage.
Skills: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly adept at cold outreach, relationship-building, and project management.
