Full job description

Lead Generation Account Manager

Digital Marketing (PPC) | Altrincham | 37.5 hours £25,000-£28,000 basic (DOE) + performance-driven progression

We're looking for a commercially-minded, high-drive Account Manager to take ownership of client trials and convert them into long-term revenue.

This is not a passive account management role. You'll be expected to influence decisions, demonstrate value quickly, and drive commercial outcomes.

The Role

You will manage PPC Lead Generation trials end-to-end, with a clear objective: turn short-term campaigns into long-term client partnerships.

You'll combine analytical thinking, persuasive communication, and commercial awareness to deliver measurable results and guide clients toward the right decisions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Owning trial performance and conversion outcomes - success is measured by your ability to convert and retain clients
Leading strategic onboarding conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and commercial drivers
Advising confidently on budget allocation and paid search strategy across platforms
Running mid-trial reviews and performance discussions, translating data into clear, commercially relevant insights
Improving campaign performance early in the learning phase to build momentum and credibility
Clearly articulating ROI and long-term value, positioning ongoing PPC services persuasively
