Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping to join our team at Bosworth Leisure, Beddgelert. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests. This position plays a vital part in supporting our mission to provide outstanding hospitality in a beautiful setting.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
Carry out twice weekly linen counts
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
Train and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver excellent service.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Monitor health and safety compliance within the housekeeping department.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing time effectively.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Preferred: janitorial experience or related background.
Ability to motivate and develop team members.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
