Full job description

Overview
We are seeking friendly and professional Waitresses, Waiters, and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively restaurant environment. Candidates should possess a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. All positions are paid and involve working in a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and seat them promptly
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
Handle payments accurately and process transactions swiftly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar stations
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently
Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a welcoming demeanour
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the hospitality industry
Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Basic maths skills for handling bills and cash transactions accurately
Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment is advantageous
Good time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently under pressure
Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a lively setting
