With Nothing Underneath is a DTC Womenswear start up creating shirts for women. Inspired by men’s tailoring, British heritage and timeless style, WNU was started in London in 2017 out of the need for shirts that were perfectly adjusted for women, sustainably sourced and stood the test of time.

WNU is all about simplicity - paired back, laid back, timeless, effortless. WNU fulfils the under exploited territory of female shirting, in an accessible, easy to shop manner, at an affordable price for a luxury item, using the highest quality sustainable materials.

About The Role

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead and develop a passionate team, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets.

This role is integral to bringing WNU’s brand vision to life, ensuring the store operates efficiently and customers leave with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Customer Experience:

○ Create a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment that aligns with WNU’s brand values. ○ Ensure the team delivers exceptional service, fostering customer loyalty through personalized interactions and expert product knowledge.

○ Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and a positive impression of the brand.

● Team Leadership and Development:

○ Recruit, train, and motivate the store team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

○ Set clear goals for team members and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews. ○ Encourage professional development by organizing product knowledge training and clienteling workshops.

● Sales and Financial Performance:

○ Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging data insights to identify growth opportunities.

○ Drive a CRM strategy in collaboration with Senior Management and Marketing to build a loyal client base.

○ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt plans to optimize results.

● Operational Excellence:

○ Oversee stock management, including cycle counts, stock takes, and ensuring product availability

○ Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

○ Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, sales reporting, and budget control. ○ Assist WNU Pop ups with organisation and Operation as needed

● Visual Merchandising:

○ Implement and create Visual Merchandising plans to maintain a visually appealing and brand-aligned store layout.

○ Ensure displays are updated regularly to reflect current trends and seasonal collections.

About You:

● A deep passion for the WNU brand, with a strong appreciation for fashion, style, and creating exceptional customer experiences

● Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry. ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.

● Results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving financial success. ● Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● Knowledge of CRM systems and retail management software is an advantage.

● Smart and professional appearance, embodying the WNU ethos as a brand ambassador.
