Operating from multiple manufacturing facilities across the UK, we design, manufacture and distribute premium aluminium glazing systems to trade customers nationwide.

Our new Northampton site will play an important role in both manufacturing and distribution, supporting our continued growth and helping us deliver industry-leading products and service to customers across the UK.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality aluminium glazing systems while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will contribute to delivering products that meet both company and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture aluminium glazing systems to company quality standards.
Cut, machine and assemble aluminium glazing products.
Follow manufacturing drawings, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operate machinery and hand tools safely.
Complete production tasks accurately and efficiently.
Record and book completed work using company procedures.
Move products and materials safely within the production area.
Work towards daily production targets and deadlines.
Maintain high housekeeping standards.
Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Attend training sessions and team meetings.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by Management.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail.
Good hand eye co-ordination and manual dexterity
Reliable and punctual.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Right to work in the UK.
Must be comfortable lifting up to 25kg individually or as part of team.

Desirable

Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Experience using powered and manual hand tools or machinery.
Knowledge of aluminium fabrication (advantageous but not essential).

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours of work 7.30am-4pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay: From £13.45 per hour
