Office Administrator & Work Coordination

Job Type: Self-employed
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Pay: Weekly pay of £130 per day

About the Role

Caroline Builders is looking for a highly organised and capable Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines general office administration with the coordination of maintenance and construction works. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day office administration duties.
Coordinate maintenance and construction jobs, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently.
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Manage emails with excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and the wider team.
Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and schedules using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

Excellent computer skills with the ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
Fluent in both English and Polish (spoken and written).
Excellent telephone manner and professional communication skills.
Strong written communication with good email etiquette.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Weekly pay.
Self-employed position with standard working hours of 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.
