Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Clinical Photography Department.

We are looking for an individual who has:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Experience of working in a busy environment

Previous reception or customer service experience

Flexibility in working practices

The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Supervises B2 administrator/s in the day to day running of Clinical Photography & Medical Illustration Administration Team, ensuring all outpatient clinics and inpatient requests are prospectively booked, identifying any shortfalls in capacity to the Service Manager in a timely manner.
To assist in the training and supervision of all clerical staff.
To promote good staff communication skills with emphasis on patient contact by telephone and in person.
Responsible for dealing with day-to-day staff operational and personnel issues.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
